Artificial Flowers
During shipping, flower heads and leaves may fall off or become crushed and misshapen.
These are not considered quality issues; you can restore the flowers' shape using a hair dryer
or hot steam.
Product Dimensions
All items in our store are measured by hand, so slight discrepancies are inevitable. We strive to keep
these within 1–3 cm. Please note that due to variations in fabric elasticity, size discrepancies may be
more significant for floral accessories. We appreciate your understanding.
About Color Variations
All product images in our store are photographs of the actual items, taken to accurately represent their
true colors. However, due to variations in lighting conditions during photography, ambient lighting, and
monitor settings, the colors in some images may appear slightly different from the actual product. This
is a natural occurrence. We appreciate your understanding if there are any color differences.
TIPS:
1. The stems of our floral arrangements are generally reinforced with an internal metal core.
When arranging the flowers, you can adjust the stems to create a personalized design and bend them to
your liking.
2. During packaging and shipping, we will adjust the packaging method as needed based on the size and
shape of the arrangement—while doing our best to ensure the arrangement remains intact—and handle
it according to the actual circumstances to ensure that every stem arrives in perfect bloom when it reaches
you.
3. As the flowers are hand-arranged, some may fall out during packaging and shipping. You can simply
reinsert them yourself; this will not affect the overall appearance at all.
4. When arranging the flowers, adjust the density according to your personal preference. For flowers with
larger blooms, we recommend spreading the stems outward so that each flower is visible, creating a fuller
overall look.
5. To clean artificial flowers, simply use a hairdryer on the cool setting to blow away any dust that has
accumulated over the past week or two.
Regarding Damaged Items
Please carefully inspect the items against the packing list within 48 hours of receipt. If any items are damaged, please take photos and contact us. After verification by our customer service team, we will contact you as soon as possible to process a refund.
Regarding Returns and Exchanges
We do not accept returns based on subjective dissatisfaction, claims that the product is “not as good as expected” without any actual quality issues, dissatisfaction resulting from failure to carefully read the product description, minor imperfections or color discrepancies, or damage caused by the customer. Please review the product details thoroughly before placing an order. If you have any questions, please contact customer service.
Regarding Inspection of Goods
If you discover that items are missing, excess, or incorrect, please contact our customer service immediately. We will review the order fulfillment process, and if the issue is indeed due to our company, we will assume full responsibility.
